CHALLENGE

Samsung wanted to use streaming music to help create an ongoing positive relationship with their customers. The existing streaming music app they had designed was not performing well in the market and had extensive usability issues so we were engaged to improve the user experience and visual design.

A complete review and overhaul of the user experience across both the Android phone and tablet devices.
Enhanced the online consumer experience by reviewing people’s requirements and redesigning an app around their needs.
Provided intuitive app navigation that meets the needs of your various audience groups
