One of the large insurance companies wanted to role out a paperless office across their Malaysian offices leveraging an existing product used across other parts of Asia Pacific. To ensure the success of the project the team needed to engage the entire team to ensure there goals, requirements and specific needs were captured and integrated into the new product.

In 2 weeks our team developed a comprehensive understanding of the business needs, performed research and ran an intervention with the teams across two countries which helped identify and illustrate valuable initiatives.
